We collect the information you provide to run your workplace: company details, employee records (name, code, contact), attendance punches (time, location and selfie where enabled), leave and payroll data. We also collect basic technical data (device, IP) to keep accounts secure.
How we use it
To provide the service — recording attendance, computing payroll, managing leaves — and to secure your account. We do not sell your data. Attendance selfies and location are used only for attendance verification within your own company.
Data storage & security
Each company's data is isolated in its own secure database space. Access is protected by authentication and session controls. Punch photos are stored privately and served only to authorised admins.
Data retention
We retain your data for as long as your account is active. Attendance selfies are automatically deleted after the configured retention period. You can request deletion of your data at any time.
Your rights
You may access, correct or delete your data. Contact us to exercise these rights or to export your records.
