Acceptance
By creating an account or using ImReady, you agree to these terms on behalf of your organisation.
Your account
You are responsible for the accuracy of the data you enter and for keeping login credentials secure. You must have the right to add the employee data you upload.
Acceptable use
Use ImReady only for lawful workplace attendance, payroll and HR purposes. Do not misuse the service, attempt to breach security, or use it to violate anyone's rights.
Plans & billing
Free plans are provided as-is. Paid plans are billed as described on the Pricing page. Professional is billed automatically every month via Razorpay until you cancel. You can upgrade, downgrade or cancel at any time; access continues until the end of your billing period. See our Refund & Cancellation Policy for details.
Data ownership
Your data is yours. We process it only to provide the service. You can export or request deletion of your data.
Availability
We work hard to keep ImReady available and reliable, but the service is provided without warranty of uninterrupted operation. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.
Changes
We may update these terms or the service; material changes will be communicated. Continued use means acceptance.
